Still a five-star rating despite my tooth’s behavior: it had every possible “difficult situation” that could have been presented in dental school. Dr. Feyock, Esperanza, and I were pooped out after a much-longer-than-expected session. But we all hung in there and I now have a comfortable temporary crown. The final episode in this afternoon? When I got home there was a postcard from my vet saying that it was time to have my CAT’S teeth cleaned! (think I will postpone THAT appointment for a while)

Excellent planning and excellent care during the process of replacing two crowns to improve self care access and decrease a food trap problem that had repeatedly inflamed surrounding tissue. Step one ( removing old crowns, casting molds and placing temporary crown) was completed with such gentle precision that anesthetics were not necessary.

I received excellent care and service by all when I came for an emergency appointment. In addition to forming a treatment plan for my dental problem consideration was given to time constraints that I had.

They made my experience as nice as a trip to the dentist can be.
