GREAT!!!

My appointgment for the preliminary work to prepare for the capping of a tooth. was scheduled for 2 1/2 hours due to the seeing of emergemcy patients, near the end of my treatment, concurrently with me. There was only one of the two dentists in your practice on duty that day.Which I was told after the fact, is standard practice on Fridays. My appointment began pretty much on time and seemed to be proceeding as it should when two or three emergency problems were admitted and Dr. Lin and her RDA began splitting their time between me and the emergency patients. The result was I was in the dentists chair for FOUR HOURS. While I understand that emergencies happen and sometimes MUST be seen immediately, allowing a current appointment patient to be kept waiting for a prolonged period of time, which also required an additional injection of pain medicine as the first injection was beginning to wear off, is not acceptable. You must find some way to accomodate emergemcies without undue inconvience for your current APPOINTMENT PATIENTS. Sincerely, Joan Koenig

Every single one of them is so sweet and nice! I don’t really like the dentist in general but this place makes it not so bad! Would recommend it to friends in a heartbeat!
