I love everyone at Danville dentistry. A special shout out to Martha who I think is the best bar none. She has an incredible amount of empathy for her customers and at the same time you feel like her special client. She is a genius at titrating my nitrous oxide so I am awake but experience no unpleasantness. As a nurse, I have seen too many health care practitioners who lack the wow factor in customer service. Danville dentistry is lucky enough to have that wow quality in Martha. She is so special to me. All the staff in fact have that wow factor in customer service. Natalie, Beth and Dr Feyock have bent over backwards to treat me almost like family. Beth took the time to take to me about the pros and cons of staying with Cobra in my recent retirement…….Natasha always smiles and recently showed me photos of her new puppy. I wish hospitals and other health care providers would reflect the same level of customer service I receive at the dentist office. I know they are working on it but they aren’t even close.
